A Little Bit About Me
I am a 34 year old British Indian woman. I studied Arabic at university and spent the best year of my life yet studying abroad at a university in Egypt. After graduating with a first class degree, I taught Arabic for two years. I am now a journalist.

I am a practicing Muslim and take my religion seriously. Alhamdulillah, I wear hijab and pray five times a day. I have an ijazah in reciting the Qur'an and strive to live my life by the holy book.

Although I am a practicing Muslim, I am also worldly and love going to the theatre, watching cultural TV series, reading, eating out, climbing mountains (I've climbed Sinai and Snowdon so far), travelling, spending time with friends and family and generally having halal fun.
